In this pivotal role, you will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide training and supervision to RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians). You will collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.

$85,000.00/year annual salary with ability to work in Ventura/Santa Barbara County
$3,000.00 sign on bonus. $1,500 at 90 and 180 days
$500.00/Year CEU reimbursement
Federal Mileage Reimbursement
Technology Stipend up to $480.00 Annually/Paid Semi Monthly
Up to $4,800.00/Annually towards medical insurance premiums
Paid Admin Time
Low caseloads at around 15-18 people
Non-Clinic based setting with children and adults
